Our Community Jenny’s Flower Shop is honored to serve the people of the several cities that make up the South Bay area. In 1784, when a Spanish soldier named Juan Jose Dominguez, requested and received permission from the Spanish Governor of California to use 75,000 acres of land in Southern California. Rancho San Pedro stretched from the Los Angeles river to the Pacific Ocean and included what would become the cities of Carson, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Lomita, Wilmington, and parts of San Pedro. At about the same time, the Sepulvedas established and started raising cattle on Rancho Los Palos Verdes which in time became, in large part, today’s Rolling Hills and Palos Estates.
So we may better know one another, the communities we live in, and time of crisis services, we are pleased to present information of the neighboring cities we serve with floral arrangements and floral gifts.
